Shipping Information
YOKO ensures swift and secure delivery of your orders, operating six days a week from our warehouses in Europe. We ship daily from Monday to Friday. Place your order by 14:00, and we will deliver it to Latvia, Lithuania, or Estonia within one or two days and EU countries 2-5 days, depending on courier company workload.

Delivery Schedule to EU Countries
The approximate delivery times listed below apply to working days, assuming your order is placed by 14:00 from Monday to Friday.
We dispatch your orders on the same day if they are placed by 14:00. If an order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, it will be dispatched on Monday.

Delivery via DPD, Omniva courier service
Your order will be delivered by the courier of your choice on working days from 9:00 to 21:30, and on Saturdays during the day. If you are not home at the time of the first delivery, an attempt will be made to deliver to your neighbors, if possible. If that is not successful, the package will be taken to a parcel pick-up point. You will receive a notification in your mailbox about this. The package will remain available at the pick-up point for 5 days.

Delivery via DPD courier company
Your order will be delivered by DPD courier company on working days from 9:00 to 21:30, as well as on Saturdays during the day. If you are not home at the time of the first delivery, an attempt will be made to deliver to your neighbors, if possible. You will receive a notification in your mailbox.
